How It Works
At Pet Gallery Co, your portrait is a two-step process:
- Portrait creation (24–48 hours): We create your AI-crafted portrait and send you a preview for approval
- Printing & shipping (5–10 business days): Once you approve the preview, we send your file to our print-on-demand partners who print, pack, and ship directly to you
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping notification.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak periods (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day), production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance for holiday gifts.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at hello@petgalleryco.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order goes to production.
