Welcome to PetArt Studio. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Service

PetArt Studio creates custom AI-assisted digital portraits of pets based on photos submitted by customers. All portraits are created using AI-powered digital artistry and reviewed by our team before delivery. The finished files are printed on physical products via our print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to you.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Photo Requirements

You must own or have rights to any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant PetArt Studio a non-exclusive license to use it solely to create your commissioned portrait. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without your consent.

Photos must not contain illegal content, nudity, or infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

4. Turnaround Time

Portrait files are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of photo approval. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. During peak periods, turnaround may be longer. Physical products are shipped via our print-on-demand partners and typically arrive within 5–14 business days in the US.

5. Revisions

Each order includes one (1) free revision. Additional revisions may be available at an extra charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the portrait preview. Revisions apply to style and composition adjustments — complete re-creations due to a poor-quality submitted photo are not covered.

6. Intellectual Property

PetArt Studio retains copyright over the artwork generated. Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to display and use the portrait for personal purposes. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the artwork commercially without written permission.

7. Use of AI Technology

Our portraits are created using AI-powered digital artistry tools. Results may vary based on the quality of the submitted photo and the style selected. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the final portrait is an artistic interpretation, not a photographic reproduction.

8. Limitation of Liability

PetArt Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
